- Onboard new joiners and trainees onto current web and enterprise tools, cutting down the time it takes them to ship real work.
- Design hands-on training material that mirrors how the tools are actually used in production, not just how they look in the docs.

Summary
Started out as a Java developer building enterprise applications, then moved into training. Explaining the reasoning behind the code turned out to be just as satisfying as writing it. Now focused on getting new joiners at RadixWeb comfortable with modern tooling, quickly and without the usual confusion.
Experience
- Taught programming languages and enterprise application tools to upskill incoming developers.
- Translated dense industrial concepts into something a beginner could actually apply on day one.
- Built and maintained Java applications using J2EE, the Struts framework, Jira, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Designed the eDocument page for an eProcurement-based e-commerce platform using MDC Material Design.
Education
Projects
- Built the eDocument page using MDC Material Design and contributed roughly 10 percent of the internal admin pages for this eAuction-based eProcurement platform.
Skills
Courses
Picked up out of a long-standing love for drawing, and went deep enough with design tools to call it a real, separate skill.
Passions
- Turning a brand-new framework into a lesson a trainee can use the same day.
- Staying hands-on with code so the training never drifts into theory-only territory.
- Picking up new tools early, mostly out of curiosity, occasionally because a trainee asked first.
